ok guys here ya go the seal for the hydraulic pump is

bought seal from local store but they may ship!!!

The seal is easy to replace there is an O-Ring inside as you will see in the pics below. I took pictures of the pump a part and back together to help others see what is there.
the old and new seal both sides new is much better

Pump with new seal look how much better this one is around the shaft so it can't blow out like the other did
The best part my pump doesn't leak anymore and it works like a new one. Hope this helps others fix theres cheaply. cost was $3.20 plus tax for the seal and ididn't need an O-Ring as mine was still good.
