16 Hp Briggs removed to be Replaced to 24 Hp Honda
Ring to take up space to keep engined lined up. There is a adapter that Gravely used for the early 19 hp Kohler series II Engine. Gravely old Part # 32164 ,You do not need the ring but still need the seal
Print for the ring.
Here is more pictures
Ring and Seal in the adapter
Ring on New Engine
Ring and seal on the new 24 Hp Honda Engine, The seal is because there is a .063 gap between the Honda and the bottom of the counterboro in the adapter. I used a piece 1/8 white neorprene I used blue glue on both sides of the neorprene to seal up between the engine and the adapter. you still use the two o-ring seals on the adapter next to the tran.

8163-B to 8243-Honda with hood cut out and duels Exhaust
8123 and a 8163-B converted to 8243-Honda Gravelys The exhaust on the tractor with out duels got the tire so hot it blew out. We put duels with canester mufflers on it also works great.
chimanstan: Just got one of these beasts. A slight (hopefully) problem. It works in all gears in low range and reverse in high range. However all four forward are not working in high range. The tractor just sits. Any ideas?
